Librarian of the Year -- Margaret Marschner, Conway Public Library
Special Library Service Award -- "Friends" of the Durham Public Library

"Trustee of the Year Award" was renamed on May 11, 2007 to "The Lillian Edelmann - Trustee of the Year Award"
