The mission of the NHLTA is to educate library trustees to be knowledgeable and effective at the local level. The Library Trustee Manual was compiled as a resource for your use.

The 2011 revised manual was distributed to all members in October. An electronic version of the MANUAL is also available for download and can be accessed online.
